[Uac Imix]

Hello, I am having a really difficult time getting Zone Alarm to work on my laptop. The OS is Windows 2000.

When I install the program it goes entirely through the setup process, tutorial and everything, but when it comes time for it to run the actual program, nothing happens. It does not appear in the task bar at the bottom of my screen, it does not block any sort of activity, let alone ask about it. There is no evidence of it even being active except for the process in the Task Manager named "vsmon.exe"

Can anyone offer me any help in this situation?

I suggest that you talk with the people at Zone Alarm. Since this is a BSD unix site, its unlikely that we will be of much help.
