Type wine /pathtocdrom/setup.exe to install.
Type wine photoshop.exe in the installation directory to run Photoshop.

Note:
Imageready doesn't work.
If the installer crashes at startup then put semicolons before the following lines in ~/.wine/config:
[AppDefaults\\_INS5576._MP\\x11drv]
"Desktop" = "640x480"
It should be
;[AppDefaults\\_INS5576._MP\\x11drv]
;"Desktop" = "640x480"

geek yes i am.. i also got internet explorer 6 running in hopes of getting itunes to work...

I usually hear it's recommened to install PSP and then just copy it over, only thing I can ercommend is try installing it on a test box, move over exe's/DLLs'/conf files/etc. then try it, usually trying to run it that way gets better results.
