Hey everyone. I was browsing today on my 4.9 box with Mozilla 1.5.

I went to:

http://www.shadowness.com and was told I did not have the correct plugin to view the page correctly.

I attempted to d/l the plugin, but it could not give me the correct plugin.
I was curious if there was a port available for shockwave or something else that can be used?

I do have Flash installed, via ports and it appears to be working correctly.

THanks.

also on the install it tells you to do this, which is what I missed originally:
[code:1:10ebf74812]If you are using a Mozilla browser, you first need to copy the linux
flash plugin into the mozilla plugins directory:

# cp /usr/local/lib/flash/libflashplayer.so \
/usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins/libflashplayer_linux.so
# cp /usr/local/lib/flash/ShockwaveFlash.class \
/usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins/

Next, change the Mozilla startup script, /usr/X11R6/bin/mozilla
to have:

LD_PRELOAD=/usr/local/lib/libflashplayer.so.1
export LD_PRELOAD[/code:1:10ebf74812]

Portupgrades will wipe the LD_PRELOAD entries when it does mozilla/firebird/etc. so don't forget to check after a portupgrade.
