Would anyone be interested in a How-to on setting up Cyrus-IMAPD with postfix, ssl and TLS?
I'm working on this and wanted to see if this may interest anyone.

Don't even get me started. :)
It's about 65% complete actually. But the company had me put that on the back burner for now because they want the new email system up ASAP.
As it stands now:
I have cyrus-imapd-2.1.16, cyrus-sasl-2.1.17, Berkeley-4.1.25, postfix-2.0.16 all working together with SASL, SSL and TLS.
I need a very secure method since this mail server will sit on the DMZ (Running FreeBSD 4.9). Cyrus is a 'sealed box' which was very appealing to me. I'm going to tie in apache+mod_ssl+PHP and either squirrelmail or horde...
Works great, but it is a bear of a thing to learn...
