Theo put out a call (http://www.sigmasoft.com/%7Eopenbsd/archive/openbsd-tech/200406/msg00072.html) for people to test some SMP and new kernels (ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/smp/). Please test on as many different machines as you can. They are especially wanting to make sure uniprocessor boxes run well with the new kernels so you don't have to have SMP hardware to help out. You will need to be running a fairly recent -CURRENT to give a hand.
There's already some good feedback (http://archives.neohapsis.com/archives/openbsd/2004-06/0847.html) and new kernels have been built to fix the early issues. Theo also said (http://archives.neohapsis.com/archives/openbsd/2004-06/0855.html) that AMD donated a quad Opteron and that they are looking to borrow a dual Opteron for the Calgary Hackathon.
I'm going to load up current on my G4 and my new KT600 mb setup and give them a report.
