There was some discussion about using that controller on FreeBSD in another thread (http://www.screamingelectron.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1170&page=1&pp=10) (the last part of this thread is all about it). Seems that the card isn't supported in the 4.x or 5.x releases yet. The driver is in CURRENT and hopefully should be in the 5.3 release.

If anyone knows of more recent info on this card then please let us know. :icon_smil

That be correct. However, I have not tested 4.10 yet on my servers. I have only been able to get this particular servraid card working with the 5.x series of FreeBSD.

I'm hoping to do some testing later this week with the new 4.10 release on this particular server and once i've completed it, I will update my results here.
