Oughta be 4.9.3 if you ask me. For pete's sake, 4.11 comes BEFORE 4.2 in any SANE persons versions scheme!

I agree that 4.1.1 (ie "point one point one") comes before 4.2. However, they are following in the illustrious footsteps of schemes like X.500. Ever seen an SNMP MIB? How about an LDAP schema? Goes like: 1.2.33.10.3.54, etc.
Or how about IP's? Does 192.168.4.2 come before or after 192.168.4.11?
