I just installed the base system, no X. My current gateway blocks ftp, so I need to know how to d/l packages from the CLI. Things like ntp and postfix. I'd also like to get ports working...

You can goto the ftp mirrors list on www.openbsd.org Many of the sites will allow you to download precompiled packages via http:

http://rt.fm/pub/OpenBSD/3.2/packages/i386/


then you can use pkg_add to install them.
