Over the past couple weeks I've been playing with FreeBSD 6.0, and attempting to get RT up and runing on my FreeBSD box. I bought the book that's recommended on Best Practicals site http://rtbook.bestpractical.com/, and also been useing http://wiki.bestpractical.com/ for resources but im stuck in configuration of RT. If anyone has any resources they know of or can point me somewhere it would be greatly appreciated.
