I finally decided to give FVWM a shot, and went ahead and used PEM's Arctic. All of the scripts and even the splash screen are now ported to FreeBSD. This version was built on FreeBSD 6.2, 1680x1050 resolution, and menus in English.

Config/Graphics Tarball (http://vile.networksynapse.net/downloads/fvwm-arctic-freebsd.tar.gz)
This is pretty much the same setup as Strog's Smokey Theme setup. Just follow the instructions, and extract the tarball in your home dir.
Be sure to run:
perl -MCPAN -e 'install Bundle::LWP'
Strog's FreeBSD version of Pem's Smokey Theme (http://screamingelectron.org/forum//showthread.php?t=2603)
