Heres an excellant tutorial on making a firewall/wireless gateway with a soekris board. (www.soekris.com) A good friend of mine wrote it, and he actually made his own stripped down version of obsd to use with it.

the net4501 with a crypto card is the one to get.

I have two at the house right now and they are slick slick slick.

Eskwire a member of the sevpn club has his fw/vpn/qos running off of one and has had no problems or performance issues. Best thing about this, small, no moving part and complete silence.

I can't plug these boxes enough.
