I got a question about OpenBSD and Bind 9. I have installed a machine at work with OpenBSD 3.2, as a intranet DNS server. The proble is I had to set a line in the rc.local finle to start bind becuase the options in the rc.conf file were not working. Also whenever I do a ndc stop or ndc restart the server crashes. Using the ndc start command doesn't work either.
Anyone here care to share how they seyup a DNS server on OpenBSD?

My DNS install is working fine at work with OpenBSD. I am now working on building a secure NFS server for my Oracle users. They are planning to build a document management system, so I've been tasked to get them a secure place to store their flatfile. OBSD all the way.
