This is my setup:

My dsl modem/router to the real world is 192.168.1.1...which then feeds into my firewall ip 192.168.1.10, that jumps over to the other nic in the firewall 192.168.2.1 which goes into my hub.

I have the 192.168.1.10 with a gateway of 192.168.1.1 (dsl/router). That is in /etc/mygate and is my default gateway. How do I give 192.168.2.1 a gateway of 192.168.1.10??

You don't set a default gateway for the internal interface on your fw/gateway. The default gateway of that box is for the external interface only. As long as you have ip forwarding enabled, 192.168.2.1 will actually be the default gateway for any box connected to your hub.
