This is one book I can't seem to put down at all. The first few chapters are your basic Network+/Basic Networking stuff, but the rest is pure gold. Everything from understanding every fragment on a packet, to network administration.

For those of you looking for a good online compliment to many of the TCP books out there, check out the RFC Sourcebook.
The protocols section breaks everything down very well.

The RFCs are full of goodness. Along with the book I've been hitting that site, and rfc-editor, to look up the docs of the RFCs. Must be that obsessive compulsive part of me. :P
