So i was playing around on my playbox this evening.. and i was finally able to get apache chrooted.. :) yaa me..

learned alot about making lightweight jails and chroots in the process also..

now has anybody chrooted or jailed mysql ? any tips before i begin this?

ermmm, ahhh, the box you just posted on has apache, mysql and php chrooted. ;)

Also, current versions of OpenBSD (starting since 3.2 I think) have apache chrooted by default.
